The firm was set up in 1998 and its business activities include the management, processing and legal defence of intangible assets, trademarks, patents, designs and domains owned by businesses and freelance professionals.
The firm is based in Barcelona and it also has branch offices in Valladolid and Madrid.
We act as representatives before the different registration authorities such as the Spanish Patent & Trademark Office (OEPM), OHIM, EPO and WIPO and provide an integrated industrial and intellectual property advisory and consultation service which is adapted to the specific requirements of each case. Our network of international partners allows us to provide our services in any part of the world.
